LABOR DAY WEEKEND COMMUNITY REMINDER

As we head into Labor Day weekend, the Chestnut Hills HOA Board would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

We know many of our families will be celebrating, gathering with friends and family, grilling, and enjoying the holiday. We simply ask that while celebrating, we remain mindful and respectful of our neighbors.

If you choose to use fireworks, please remember that some of our neighbors—including veterans and others—may be sensitive to loud or unexpected noises. We have also received concerns regarding fireworks, debris, and remnants landing on neighboring properties.

Please be considerate:

* Keep fireworks and related activities safely contained to your own property.
* Please do not allow firework debris, trash, or remnants to remain on or land on neighboring properties without being cleaned up.
* Be mindful of excessive noise and the time of evening.
* Respect your neighbors’ homes, yards, vehicles, pets, and right to peacefully enjoy their property.
* Please celebrate responsibly and safely.

This reminder is not intended to prevent anyone from enjoying the holiday. It is simply a request that we celebrate while remembering that we share this community with one another.

A little consideration goes a long way. ❤️ Your celebration should never become your neighbor’s cleanup or disturbance.

Have fun, be safe, look out for one another, and enjoy your Labor Day weekend!
