Chestnut Hills is more than a neighborhood—it's a community built on connection, care, and shared pride. Established between 2006 and 2009 in Douglasville, Georgia, our development was born out of a vision to create a peaceful, spacious, and family-friendly environment just outside the buzz of Atlanta.

Originally developed during the metro area's housing boom, Chestnut Hills was designed with intention: generous lot sizes, traditional architectural charm, and modern amenities like a community pool, tennis courts, walking trails, and a clubhouse for residents to gather and grow together.

When the final homes were completed in 2009, a new chapter began—residents assumed leadership of the homeowners association (HOA) and built the community from the inside out. Through seasonal events, proactive governance, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, Chestnut Hills has evolved into one of Douglasville's most sought-after neighborhoods.
